 The MSA product line is a major line for
RAECO (one of
our partner companies). In an effort to help support their sales efforts and to
increase MSA-related service capabilities, Illiana elected to bring on a second
technician.
 Paul Grolla,
Illiana's principal, attended a four day training class at the MSA factory in Cranberry, PA. Paul has had previous experience with MSA
installation work.
Dan Kouder continues to be our MSA specialist with three
years of field experience on the MSA line. Dan will be attending a four day
refresher course at MSA in early 2003. Technicians are required to attend a
rigorous 4 day training course every 3 years to stay current with new products.
 Both Dan and Paul are ISA Level III Certified Control
System Technicians as well.
