Illiana
Instrumentation Service is an established provider of calibration,
engineering, commissioning, and maintenance service for companies
in the Midwest. Led by Paul Grolla, a Level III ISA-Certified
Control System Technician, Illiana Instrumentation's calibration lab has
been assessed to ISO Guide 17025 by A2LA.

All of Illiana's
technicians are true professionals, and several of Illiana's principals are ISA-Certified Control
System Technicians, Level III. Illiana service technicians are
individuals with years of hands-on experience, who possess an extensive
technical background in the engineering and instrumentation field. They
have been factory-trained on the design, installation, operation and
maintenance of virtually every instrument or system we offer.

- Illiana/Lesman/RAECO Joint Venture Partnership

On September 1, 2002, Illiana formed a partnership with
Lesman Instrument Company, a well-established supplier of process instrumentation, and
RAECO, a premier supplier of environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene instrumentation, Illiana is now your one-stop source for instrumentation and service.
The customary personal service that has been traditional with all three organizations will be further supplemented with improved electronic and traditional communications tools to provide customers with expedited information and resources. Improved inventory and rental, training, and product service will contribute measurably to the success and satisfaction of all of our customers.
As part of the Lesman Instrumentation Group, Illiana technicians will have direct access to factory support systems, technicians, and training programs. The service team will attend ongoing product training through Lesman and RAECO, and be able to draw on the experience of the application specialists and technical sales engineers at both companies.
Illiana staff will have access to the extensive information resources at Lesman and RAECO, including all product documentation, application notes, and technical tips from manufacturers and support technicians alike. With more than $1 million in inventory on-hand, Illiana technicians will be better able to source customer needs.
